At Tech With Solly, I work hard to make my courses simple, fun, and valuable. I understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so here’s how my refund policy works:

1. 24hours Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your course, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, no problem, no pressure.

To be eligible:

  • You must not have completed more than 25% of the course.

  • Your refund request must be made within 24hours from your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Just email us at accounts@techwithsolly.com with your name, course title, and reason for the refund request. We’ll process eligible refunds within 3–5 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We may not issue a refund if:

  • More than 24hours have passed since your purchase.

  • You have completed more than 25% of the course.

  • You violated my Terms of Service.
